3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a service, you must provide accurate details, including pickup location, destination, and any special requests. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion for ANY reason, or for no reason at all.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee or may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the booking.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our services responsibly and respectfully. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use our services for illegal activities or to transport prohibited items.
- Damage our vehicles or property.
- Engage in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to our staff or other passengers.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
6. Pet Taxi Service
If you are using our pet taxi service, you must ensure that your pet is properly secured and meets all applicable health and safety requirements. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any pet that poses a safety or health risk.
7. Errand Service
Our errand service is designed to assist you with personal errands. You must provide clear and accurate instructions for errands, and we reserve the right to refuse errands that we believe may involve unsafe or illegal activities, at the sole discretion of our drivers.
8. Delivery Service
For delivery services, you must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that the items to be delivered are lawful and safe to transport. We are not liable for any delays, damage, or loss of items unless caused by our gross negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffordARide Transportation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or damages arising from personal injury or property damage in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
